We do not want to leave out our customers who only have this way of receiving their orders. But we are absolutely NOT RESPONSIBLE for mail returns out of our reach, we will put the information exactly as you indicated it.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Will usually ship within one or two business day of receiving cleared payment the shipment confirmation and tracking number to your email address.

JASD AMERICA LLC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
JASD AMERICA LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim, no later than three days after receipt. Please take photos and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
